Order Cut-Off Time

Orders can be placed at any time. If an order is placed after the daily processing cut-off time, it will be processed on the next business day. Customers will be notified accordingly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Customs and Duties

Since we currently ship within the United States, customers will not be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request order changes or cancellations before the order is dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched:

  • Customers requesting cancellation will be responsible for the shipping charges.

  • If a delivery address change is requested after dispatch, customers will be required to pay any additional shipping costs associated with the change.
